One-off project with defined deliverables.
We confirm the final scope and price before work starts. Software licences and third-party subscriptions are separate unless we clearly say they are included.

Core Plans are one-off projects. Foundation includes 7 days of follow-up support, Growth includes 14 days, and Launch includes 30 days of post-launch support for the solution we set up. AI Advisory and Managed AI Governance are optional monthly services and are priced separately.
No. AI Foundation, AI Growth and AI Launch are paid once. They do not renew automatically. AI Advisory and Managed AI Governance are optional monthly services and only apply if you choose them.
The Core Plan price covers the work listed in the plan and its included support period. There is no separate onboarding fee or monthly Core Plan charge. Extra work, software licences and optional ongoing services are priced separately and agreed with you first.
Core Plans have a fixed project price. Specialist Services are optional. AI Advisory and Managed AI Governance are monthly only if you choose them. Microsoft licences, AI subscriptions and other third-party costs are separate unless we clearly say they are included.
Yes. Core plans provide the main engagement, while Specialist Services can be added if you need extra help in a specific area. Some Specialist Services are already included in Foundation, Growth and Launch and will automatically be shown as included in the calculator.
Foundation includes 2 Specialist Services, Growth includes 5, and Launch includes 8. The calculator shows how much those included services would cost separately and exactly how much you save.
We only ask for the access needed to do the work, and only for as long as needed. Some Microsoft Cloud reviews may need temporary read-only or security administrator access. We use MFA and limited permissions wherever possible.
We can usually start within 3 to 5 business days after the first call, once the scope and terms are agreed.
Yes. If you need something that is not covered by the calculator, we can create a custom project and price it separately.
Yes. We can work with your internal IT team, security team or Managed Service Provider. We focus on the AI, security and governance work while your existing team stays involved.
Most services are delivered remotely using Microsoft Teams. On-site strategy sessions and staff training can also be arranged in the UK.
